Are REITs a good investment?
NO!!!
REITs are a GREAT investment. And here’s why.
Real Estate has been around since caveman times. We all personally need some type of shelter and protection from the elements. Whether it be commercial or residential.
We all need a roof over our head and protection from the elements for ourselves, our family, and our belongings.
For those that don’t know what REITs are, it stands for Real Estate Investment Trusts.
I am in no way a financial advisor or a financial planner and I’m not making any claims.
I am simply stating what I am experiencing.
The REITS I am invested in consist of commercial, residential, retirement homes, apartment complexes, vacation homes, shopping centers and storage lockers.
That is a pretty diversified portfolio in one industry of real estate.
The way I look at it, when times are good people will have vacation homes and go shopping, when times are bad they will rent storage lockers to keep their belongings.
So there you have it, I think real estate investment trust are a good investment.
