So, what is a marketing sales funnel and do you need one?

I have asked marketers many times, what is a marketing sales funnel and usually they give me a very vague answer.

The reason a lot of people can’t explain what a marketing funnel is, is because it is more of a concept than it is an actual thing.

The concept of a marketing sales funnel, is simply moving a prospective customer along the sales process. They start out as a cold prospect not knowing anything about you or your business or your product, and then they get to know, like and trust you and your business and get a little closer to clicking that by now button.

A sales funnel, is essentially building a relationship.

People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

The Internet is a very busy and crowded place. So marketing online can be very difficult because of the plethora of distractions online.

For me, I have the most success when I can get someone off the Internet and back into the physical world. This is why I use live events to market products and services and build relationships.

I also use direct mail postcards that are delivered by the United States Postal Service to send iMessage to prospective customers.

The longevity of a postcard is much longer than an email or a social media post.

Here is my pitch!

The software that I use to send my postcards, greeting cards and personalized gifts is called MailBoxPower, and I call this my Magic Marketing Tool because of the features inside.

SEE: MagicMarketingTool.com

Some of the features inside of the software are the print merge feature that allows you to personalize each individual piece that is delivered. Also there is a list builder inside where you can purchase mailing lists by geographic and demographics elements. And there is the automation of campaigns that you can set.

I use this software to promote the people that are participating in the Synergy Collaborative.

Pondering Watercolor Painting Techniques for something new.

Some thing I have not done since I was a very young child, is considering painting and learning watercolor painting techniques for something new to do.

My interest in watercolor painting specifically is the cleanup process. I would not want to get into things that required those toxic solvents. Plain water seems to be so much easier.

I’m not really sure why I have an interest in this, other than I am open to whatever happens. I am wondering what subject I would get into painting. And then I thought maybe it would be classic magic effects.

  • Cups and balls
  • Linking rings
  • Coin magic
  • Cards Magic
  • Rope magic
  • etc.

Perhaps also the classic illusions like levitation‘s, zigzag illusion, cutting a lady at half also known as the sawing a lady in half.

I do not know that I would want to do peoples faces, because I know that that can be a challenge. But who knows maybe I am a natural born artist.

Do you have any experience in watercolor painting? Perhaps you wanna give me some tips.

This is why Minnesota Health Insurance cost is out of control!

I will keep this simple!

The main reason Minnesota Health Insurance or Any insurance for that matter is out of control, is because of the interaction between the insurance companies, and the health care providers.

My health providers, I am referring to the larger corporations and organizations, and not referring to the actual care provider individuals like nurses.

It is the crazy nuts cost of getting anything done. And the reason these prices are out of control, is because the insurance companies pay for it.

No the reason the insurance companies can afford to pay for it, is because of the way that the insurance business model is designed.

In the design of insurance business models, there are a lot of people that are putting money in, and a lesser amount actually use the service.

It is almost like the lottery.

A lot of people pay to play the lottery, but very few ever when significantly.

Just like in healthcare, a lot of people are paying for insurance, but only a few people actually use it. One thing that actually adds more insult to the injury, is sometimes, more often than not, insurance companies refuse to pay for certain situations. They are covering there but.

The cost of healthcare and medical attention, has become so expensive, that an individual pretty much absolutely needs insurance to cover these costs.

A lot of this is the medical device manufacturers as well. There is no reason that a stainless steel “surgical” screw needs to cost $100.

The reason this industry has become so corrupt, is that people need to live. It is literally a life or death situation when it comes to healthcare. The surgeons, the manufacturers, the pharmaceuticals for medication etc. have “we the people”, painted into a corner. We essentially need them.

Here are Minneapolis window replacement companies for YOU!

Yes, glass breaks!

If you live in the Twin Cities, you might be looking for a Minneapolis window replacement company that is affordable and that you can TRUST.

You might be thinking of window replacement companies for your car or truck. However I am referring to windows for your house.

Living in Minnesota, it gets very cold in the winter, and actually blazing hot in the summer. This means you need windows that are energy-efficient. They can’t be leaky. Also the old single pane or double pane windows are obsolete.

So then, where do you find these window companies? Certainly you can Google search and find their website, but how do you know you can actually trust the company that popped up online?

Minnesota RUSCO

Anderson Windows

Most of these companies are a big corporations, and they do not have genuine relationships with prospective customers. It is always the individual sales person that builds the relationship. And you need to learn to trust these people. And the truth is, they need to learn how to earn your trust.

Currently, I am using a very cool piece of software that allows me to use the United States Postal Service to mail postcards, greeting cards and personalized gifts to my clients customers and friends. This software is called mailbox power, and I refer to it as my magic Marketing tool, because of the magical like features inside.

If you are looking for reputable contractors that provide window installation for houses, my suggestion is to meet with them face-to-face. You can find them at home improvement expos here in the Twin Cities.

For the FANs of Tony Robbins books I’ve done this post!

Are you a fan of Tony Robbins books and events? I remember watching Tony Robbins infomercials when I was just a kid in high school.

There was just some thing about his charisma and energy that attracted me. And I know that I have always been an advocate of personal development and knowledge.

Back in those days, I was so cheap, I would just watch the infomercials on TV over and over again. I never invested any money in any of his products.

One of his recent books, MONEY: Master the Game, I did buy and read. It was pretty fascinating to learn how most financial institutions are simply profiting from people that only want to learn how to manage their money and make it grow. Granted, these financial institutions are in the business of making money, so I understand why they are profiting this way. But I think it is a little gluttonous and greedy.

Fortunately for me, I was already in one of the better investment platforms, that he had made some suggestion on.

One of the things I admire about Tony Robbins, is his persistency and focus. He has essentially been doing the same thing since he was a child. Personal development.

I am currently working with a Tony Robbins coach, (because I can’t afford Tony himself) to help me with my focus and scale up my revenue streams.

We are going to work on building the Synergy Collaborative and making it a passive income stream for Affiliates… and myself.

My Synergy Affiliate Program is part of being a member of the Synergy Collaborative. It is not mandatory to participate in the Synergy Affiliate Program. (it is free)

If you’re seeking Replacement Windows Minneapolis has some great contractors to help you!

It’s got to be done once in a while. If you’re seeking replacement windows minneapolis has some pretty good companies to get you set up correctly.

The first one that comes to mind, is my friend Steve the Window Guy because he used to exhibit with us in our Home Improvement and Design Expos, when I was producing home shows with Rick “the expo guy” Martinek.

Exhibiting at home shows, is one of the best investments that a home-improvement contractor could make. They get to meet home owners face-to-face that are actively working on projects and doing home improvements.

I have some documents that I created that help exhibitors to be more effective when they are at tradeshows and expos. I will leave a link below.

SEE: Exhibitor Checklist

If you have any questions about exhibiting at tradeshows, please feel free to give me a call and we can do some brainstorming together.
