Omni Delano needs no Dream Dictionary for Inspired book titled Lily’s Awakening

Today on SynergyCafe I interviewed, author, Omni Delano. Her first book in a series is called, “Lily’s Awakening” and is available on, of course, Amazon and other places.

About the Author

Omni Delano is a mother of two girls and one boy. In 2012, doctors found a tumor on Omni’s pituitary gland, located just under the brain. As a result, she could no longer work and she had to give up her recently acquired managerial role. Rather than sit around at home in pain, doing nothing all day, she decided to start writing. This resulted in Omni’s first series, Elemental Guardians. She continues to write at her home in Sand Springs, Oklahoma while spending quality time with her family and their two pitbulls, rabbit, and guinea pig.

Eye Yoga with Nathan Oxenfeld on How to Improve my Eyesight

Have you wondered… How do I improve my eyesight without surgery?

I met Nathan while I was living in Asheville, NC. He was in the parking garage with a stalled car and in need of someone with jumper cables. Guess What? I’m a native Minnesotan, and I think we ALL have jumper cables.

Here is what I learned from Nathan.

You can learn about the natural alternatives to glasses, contacts, and surgeries and how many common vision problems can be prevented and decreased with simple and natural practices that retrain the eyes and mind to function more optimally. Nathan Oxenfeld, the founder of Integral Eyesight Improvement, combines the Bates Method, Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, Emotional Work, Diet & Nutrition, and other vision training techniques to explore a more holistic approach to eye health.

Involuntary muscles in the eye work to open and close the iris in order to allow the proper amount of light into the eye. Overuse of sunglasses or tinted lenses can weaken the iris’ ability to respond to the environment and increase your sensitivity to light, sometimes to a painful level. The purpose of palming and sunning helps keep the eyes young and flexible and allow you to take in natural full spectrum sunlight with ease. The sun is very beneficial for the eyes if taken in moderation and in proper technique. Comfort is always your guide. Many people suffer from “mal-illumination” or lack of full spectrum natural sunlight. This is due to a combination of too much time spent indoors under artificial light and blocking out the sun’s rays with glasses, contacts or sunglasses, which have only been a part of the human experience for less than a hundred years. Are Lyft and Uber Drivers IGNORANT?

Both lyft and uber are essentially the same.

This email was inspired by a Facebook conversation with a person from an Uber / Lyft Drive group on Facebook.

Some people are IGNORANT?
I’m not saying they are “stupid”.
To me, the word “ignorant” means “ignoring”. When someone is ignorant, they are ignoring the Bigger Picture. They are being narrow minded and not thinking from a 10,000 foot view or a WIDER perspective.
The reason I bring this up is from a conversation I had in a Facebook Group of Uber and Lyft Drivers.
I mentioned that I had started driving for Lyft, and had nothing but a 100% wonderful experience so far.
Almost immediately people started posting all of their BAD experiences as a driver, and I wondered WHY THEN are they doing this driving thing?
One specific complaint was the money. Not getting paid to sit and wait for people. This person (in my opinion) is IGNORANT. Not that they are “stupid”, mind you. But they are “ignoring” the wonderful things about their experiences, and the plethora of other possibilities for creatingPassive Income from Lyft or Uber. (This takes creative “out of the box” thinking.)
The internet offers many ways of creating Passive Income, because the internet is dynamic and always moving.
Here is an example:
My friend and business partner Nick Halvorson, is vacationing in Costa Rica with his family. He made a great montage VIDEO of them ZipLining and visiting the beaches and waterfalls.
You might notice on the video page that I have a Banner Ad for my eBOOK that I offer people to learn about the different Business Models for making money online.
As this video is viewed and shared around the internet, there are multiple opportunities for people to see my Banner AD about my eBOOK, that will then put them into an automated system for them to invest into the multiple programs and offering that I have available to learn how to live the Internet Lifestyle.
That’s how passive income is created folks!!

Who is Ray Kroc? Have you ever heard of McDonalds?

Who is Ray Kroc

Have you ever been asked, Who is Ray Kroc while in conversation? Ray Kroc started building the McDonald’s empire in 1956, he never thought of himself as being in the hamburger business.

To him, it was not the hamburgers which were his product; it was the systems he created that would sell the hamburgers.

These systems (or what you might call the ‘business blueprint’) consisted of detailed procedures, duplicatable processes, and accompanying training that made running the McDonalds business as easy as possible.

That doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed success with a McDonalds franchise, but it does mean you have a much higher likelihood of succeeding than if you try to start a hamburger business yourself from scratch.

Today, if you want to buy a McDonalds you’re looking at an investment of close to $1m or more, depending on where it’s located.

And so far, a lot of people have bought in.

Did you know there’s over 30,000 McDonalds outlets around the world today? (at close to $1m each, you do the math on that)

Many are in America, but they’re also all over Asia, Europe, Australia…

In fact, the famous Golden arches logo is more recognized across the planet than the symbol of christ!

When you think about it, McDonalds as a company are in the high-ticket sales business.

Each time they sell a unit, they’re bringing in close to 7 figures.

In the online marketing world, you can also be in the high-ticket sales business.

And you should be too.

It’s far easier to find a few high-paying customers to create an annual 6 figure per year income, than trying to sell dirt cheap products for $10 or less to the masses.

Personally, I’d rather make $10,000 from making one sale online, instead of trying to find 1,000 people who will pay $10 for an ebook for the same amount of money.

Now is it harder to get a $10,000 sale than a $10 sale?

Of course it is.

But is it 1,000 times harder?

Not even close.

As long as you have the right system and training in place, getting paid up to $10,000 on each deal you do is very doable.
