You don’t need a Monthly Expenses Calculator to be financially successful.

Can you be financially free? How long? It depends on your monthly expenses calculator and if you are consistent?

To be financially free, you only need to create an income stream(s) that are equal to or greater than your monthly expenses. When you have the recurring monthly income that covers your recurring monthly outgo, you then no longer “need” to work at a job. You can then spend your time doing what you want with whom ever you want and where ever you want.

Let’s talk Risk Management. In a Job or in a Business, either is risky.

What is Rick Management and can you really manage risk, or are you simply managing your reaction to it?

Is Risk Management a MYTH? And is it higher in a 9-5 job? YES… in my opinion.

The reason I say that is the future is never really known. You really do not know if you will be alive in a year, or even tomorrow, or sad to say, in the next minute. But it is really not about “how much” risk you have in your lifestyle, but how you manage risk.

For many many years, we’ve all been “slave to the clock”, but when we started working for an hourly compensation, is when we lost our time freedom.

Here are some factors to consider.

Working a 40 hour work week job is actually much much more than 40 hours out of your life that you can never ever recover. You need to take in consideration your drive time to and from work in rush hour traffic. Also, the time it takes to wake up and get ready to go to work, which some people do not account for. Plus you need to consider most people do not get paid lunches, so that time is your personal time, but you can’t really go too far away from the headquarters, because you need to be back on time, or your superior will write you up.

Now let’s consider your future. Will you regret not spending more time at work? Or will you regret not spending your valued time with your friends, family and loved ones. Will you regret not having more free-time to enjoy your life, and do what you want when you want, where you want and with who you want?

I’m not trying to discourage you from working a job for an hourly rate (but maybe I actually am) Trading your time, knowledge and skills for money from your boss, is like selling your wisdom at a wholesale discount to your employer, so that they can re-sell your expertise and hard labor at a retail price for a significant mark-up and profit.

That’s a different way of looking at this, right?

The 4 (four) Primary Product Types Needed to Make Money Online

What do you need to make money online and become financially free?

Most people that attempt Internet Marketing to Make Money Online FAIL.

And here’s why…

The reason most fail, is they try to sell THOUSANDS of one-off products or one time offers, and they don’t have a high-ticket product to sell to create a significant enough profit, and they get discouraged because their advertising, marketing and other business expenses exhausted all the income.

To be successful, you need to have a series of products to offer. It is very expensive to “acquire” a lead/customer and much less expensive to “retain” a customer/client.

Start with a very low priced (or free) introductory offer, to attract your ideal prospect, with the intention of making them customers.

  1. *Freebee Offer type product. It is like a “free sample” to attract prospective customers.
  2. Paid Product is something that has a price. It sorts out the browsers from the “buyers”.
  3. Recurring type product that pays you month after month after month like a subscription.
  4. High-Ticket offer type product helps to provide a more significant profit margin.

*The “freebee” type product has been over used.

Then move them up the ladder and offer additional products and services.

We are doing this with the Synergy Collaborative and the Synergy Lifestyle Academy. We have membership levels from beginner to advanced and into graduate and alumni.

Also for more higher priced items we have live in-person events, such as Masterminds, Retreats, Costa Rica Tours and Travel etc. Some of these are commissionable for Affiliate Marketers.

I admit, I’m no multi-millionaire driving around in a (rented) Lamborghini. I’m not interested in impressing you. Money Tree | If TIME was MONEY we would all have the same amount

Mom and dad said, “Do ya think we have a Money Tree in the back yard”

I apologize for the “shaky cam” in the video.
I’m trying out “Driving with MagicBrad” videos.

Anyway…

I’ve heard people say… “Time is Money”. But if time actually was money, then we would all have the exact same amount. Therefore I do not believe time is actually money. I think TIME is simply a measurement system that was developed.

Imagine if you did have a money tree planted somewhere. How often would you go to harvest from it. Would you pick it clean or would you only harvest what you need at the time you need it?

What are the best products to sell online to make money?

You Need 4 Core Products to be Successful Online

In this educational video, my friend and mentor John Chow shares the basics of the best products to sell online (4 core products) to be successful in online business. All too often, inexperienced marketers attempt to sell huge quantities of one single item, like on Amazon or eBay. This is hard because first those platforms are very populated and saturated with other marketing, attempting to do the exact same thing.

There is an easier model using these four types of products:

  1. The Lead Magnet or “freebie” is a low risk and low point of entry used to generate leads that you will eventually convert to paying customers.
  2. The Buyer Qualifier is a low priced product that separates the buyers from the browsers.
  3. The Continuity Product is a product that provides recurring income over and over each and every month.
  4. A High Ticket product that is high price point with a high profit margin to actually start making money. Rather than sell 1,000s of low priced products, you sell high-ticket top-tier products that provide you with the profit margin.

Rather than creating all of this myself, I have a hybrid of my products and offers and other peoples products and offers. As an example, I DO NOT like making sales calls. Therefore we have an outsourced Phone Sales Team that handles those time-intensive tasks.

Makes it much easier. All we do is funnel leads into the systems.

This is my friend John Chow’s opinion, but I fully agree with him. John makes a lot more money than I do online and what he says makes total sense to me, so I follow his lead.

Preventative Maintenance is a term that is often used in the automobile repair industry, but preventative maintenance is also applicable to the health and wellness of our lifestyle.

In this video interview with Dr. Derek of HealthSource Chiropractic in Minnetonka, MN we talk about the importance of getting regular “tune-ups” to prevent more serious injuries later in life.

If you take care of yourself BEFORE you get sick, you more likely will NOT get sick. What if you only needed insurance for emergency situations? How much money is wasted on insurance that is not used? If you take care of your health by eating well and exercise you very possibly will not get sick as much as you do.

By the way…

This “preventative maintenance” also applys to you Financial Wellness.

Are you taking care of your income streams? Do you have more than one income stream? Ideally you should have at least 7 (seven) income streams, so that if one or two go away, you still have money coming into your life.
