What is Human Design, and how can we learn more?

I met Lynne on Facebook from a page for people that did Retreats. I love how the serendipity pulls people together for reasons beyond our understanding. Lynne represents a tool called Humans Design that helps people to understand some very complicated science and spirit elements. Lynne did my Human Designs and I am a “Manifesting Generator” FYI.

Do you believe Tai Lopez really owns those cars? There has been and still is a lot of controversy debating if he really owns the property he shows off in his YouTube videos. Either way, you can see that he is very popular and that is worth something.

I respect that Jordan, has turned his life around from doing anything for money, to being an ethical sales person. He is using his powers for good.

With the plethora of people accessible from the internet, why not target people that you want to sincerely want to help. It is a simple choice, to be selective and only work with the people that can and will succeed. The predatory mindset is the thinking of a thief.

My personal philosophy is the customer is not only right, but they should be in total control and the decision should be totally up to them, and they need to be 100% comfortable with the purchase.

Is Affiliate Marketing the Secret Sauce?

This will be refreshing to see.

 
Finally, someone that wants to help others, and will actually help others. (It’s often BS talk)
 
It usually goes the other way, where “leaders” have had success with a specific program or company, and then “share their secret” for a fee.
 
I’ve always been puzzled as to why someone would “teach others for a fee” rather than just continue to earn from the business or company they are already representing. ESPECIALLY when there are multiple tiers/levels, like in Multi-Level Marketing, where the leader earns residuals from the results of their “downline”.
In the MLMs I’ve tried (I’ve only tried a few), I recall, the excitement and passion that my sponsors had BEFORE I signed on. They were all passionate and excited to help me succeed. They told me… “You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.” over and over. Then AFTER I signed, they seemed to fade away. This was not totally the fault of the disingenuous Upline Leaders, but also the fault of the BROKEN Network Marketing Industry Model (IMO).
The problem with the “Old Model” Network Marketing methods is they are “linear”, and can not be built using the internet, because the internet is not linear. The internet grows OMNI-directional.
The internet grows FAST. It spreads so fast and rapidly, that we can not keep up and we lose our authentic connection with our affiliates. (There is a better way, and I am developing it.)
 
Why not simply help your downline affiliate succeed, and be content with the residual commissions from your downline affiliates success??
 
The online coaching and affiliate world has been tarnished and contaminated by those “Bait and Switch” type tactics.
Let’s put an end to the greed and gluttony.

Learning how to invest your time and money will be the single most important thing you learn in life.

Investing your TIME is just as, if not MORE IMPORTANT than investing your MONEY.

Each of us has such a bank. It’s called TIME.

To realize the value of one year, ask the student that failed a grade.

You are actually saying to yourself, is you do not value YOUR time, so you spend your time carelessly. What if you had multiple recurring income streams, that allowed you to work only when you wanted, and where you wanted, and with who you wanted.

You could spend YOUR TIME the way you enjoy.

Real Estate Investing with David Minor @vesado

You may have considered Real Estate Investing for passive income.

Real Estate Investing is NOT as easy as the gurus will tell you!

In this SynergyCafe interview, I talked with David Minor of VESADO. David currently lives in Florida, however was a resident here in my home town of Minneapolis, MN.

Investing in Real Estate can be very lucrative, however it can also be very risky if you are not very experienced and know all of the details and specifics. You also need to stay current on the laws and regulations in the Real Estate Industry.

Personally, I like the “make money online” model. I like to refer to internet properties (webpages, blogs, social media accounts etc( as “Internet Real Estate”. You can actually create a nice retirement “nest egg” from marketing and promoting other peoples products and services. This way you do not have the risk of owning inventory, yet you can earn very significant commissions. As high as 90% commissions.

Tax planning all throughout the tax class people keep harping on creating value for your client. Also showing value to your client. You are gaining value by using my expertise. Make sure they qualify for the benefit. Be on the look out for tax strategy. There is a certain element where you can identify certain types of tax preparers. You may say I am going to let you know about three tax deductions that are overlooked. Number one student loan interest. This deduction was easy to find. The company will say you pay a couple hundred dollars for your attacks interest. However companies started posting the 1098 E form and they will not send a piece of paper to the text payers house. You need to ask are you paying back any student loans?
