What is Entrepreneurship when it comes to Our Youth in Minneapolis? The question of what is entrepreneurship seems like a simple one. But entrepreneurship goes much deeper than the simple question of what is entrepreneurship does.

When ever I see young people create businesses and provide their own source of income, rather than going to work for someone else, I have immediate respect for them.

This kid started his own hotdog stand to make money to buy his own clothes for school.  The experience he will gain from running this business will go far beyond just school clothes. He will learn so much about integrity, Customer Service, respect, and how to have a positive mindset to grow his business empire.

When you are cruising through North Minneapolis in Minnesota, and have an urge for something to eat, you should seriously consider visiting this young gentleman and supporting his business ventures.  He is paving the way for others to follow his lead and create their own reality and build their own lifestyle by design.

From his front yard this 13-year-old secured a summer job to earn his own money.  He is even leveraging social media and getting customers from Facebook.  He believes it is good to start young and grow.

What are you doing to free yourself from a 9-to-5 job? Or do you even have an interest in creating your own lifestyle? Entrepreneurship is not cut out for everyone. It requires discipline and dedication and perseverance. In today’s world, there are so many opportunities, that it is actually overwhelming. Granted there are a lot of scam opportunities online, but there are many legitimate ways to earn money online also. I encourage anyone that has an interest in expanding their personal growth to look into starting and online income of some sort. At least some sort of side hustle in addition to their 9 to 5 job so they can get a feel of what it is like being self-employed and in charge of their own destiny.

How to Write a Book…

Do you know WHY you should know HOW to write a book if you are in business?

When you write a book, it gives you almost immediate credibility.

What you do is write about whatever you are passionate about. Having a target topic of your personal passion will attract the ideal target audience for you. Good writing is always about something. Write the argument of your book in a sentence, then stretch that out to a paragraph, and then to a one-page outline. After that, write a table of contents to help guide you as you write, then break each chapter into a few sections.

If you think about your book as competing for precious reader-eyeball-hours, it looks equally idiotic. More books, fewer sales means that publishers have less money to spend on marketing to try to reach those increasingly rare reader-eyeball-hour resources. Less help from the publisher means that the author has to do more and more herself. So you not only have to write the book, you also have to figure out how to sell it.

Forgive me if you’ve already taken any of these steps, but here is what I believe you should be doing:
  1. Do not pursue publishing. …
  2. Seriously, don’t pursue publishing. …
  3. Read my posts about writing memoir. …
  4. Begin immediately writing down your story. …
  5. Meanwhile, create a reading plan for yourself. …
  6. Begin to craft your book.

Synergy Collaborative HASHTAGS for #Career #Finance #Relationships #Spirituality and #Wellness

 

The hashtag (#)  is misused, and overused  on social media and Internet communication.

Most people, including myself, do not understand how to use hashtags.  My understanding, was that the hashtag (#)  creates a common link for people with similar interests or working in similar in the streams can connect.

Some people over use them and spam on their postings,  which saturates the communication, and diffusers the efficacy of support.

And the #SynergyCollaborative  we have five main pillars of interest.

These are:

#Career

#Finance

#Relationships

#Spirituality

#Wellness

For members of the Synergy Collaborative, we ask that they insert the key word “synergy“  before that category keyword.

As an example:

#SynergyCareer

#SynergyFinance

#SynergyRelationships

#SynergySpirituality

#SynergyWellness

By inserting one of these hashtags in with your post, it will alert other members of the #SynergyCollaborative  of your post that is relevant to that keyword.

I hope this helps in some clarity on how to use hashtags.  As I mentioned above, I am unclear as to how this works because of course, all the platforms constantly change their algorithms and how they work.  Until further notice and information, we will continue to use hashtags in this manner.
