FREEDOM: Time, Location, Money
Does anyone need to ask what is gender discrimination in the workplace when it’s obvious that at times one gender is favored over the other?
As in the case of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) it is obvious that the organization is favoring females over males.
And in the case of the Girl Scouts, they obviously are favoring females.
Believe it or not, some people are reluctant to create multiple income streams because they are afraid of losing focus on their primary income stream.
In my opinion, as long as the income streams are all pretty much in the same niche, you can still manage and maintain cash flow.
Here are some different types of income streams:
Most of what I do is in the events and activities space. Therefore, as long as the event is in fault with making money, I am pretty safe.
I promote Networking Events, and social activities for business owners, entrepreneurs and meeting and event professionals.
My primary event is the Minnesota Event Expo, and then there are multiple other events that lead up to that expo.
I also have a monthly Networking and Social and Event on the first Thursday of every month.
It’s really not that hard to have multiple income streams, if you set them up properly, and then create the ideal targeted traffic headed towards your offers and opportunities.
Live in person local events accomplishes this. Another of the websites that I have is called Twin Cities Business Events and I actually promote multiple events on this site. Not just my own events.

Professional Event Planners are always seeking new venues to host their meetings, parties, weddings, Networking Events and private parties. So, Minneapolis Event Space is always in demand.
Certainly, you can do a Google search looking for event venues, HOWEVER, the best way is to do a site inspection and see the actual venue. You can meet some of the providers of event space by attending the Minnesota Event Planners Expo in March.

Are REITs a good investment?
NO!!!
REITs are a GREAT investment. And here’s why.
Real Estate has been around since caveman times. We all personally need some type of shelter and protection from the elements. Whether it be commercial or residential.
We all need a roof over our head and protection from the elements for ourselves, our family, and our belongings.
For those that don’t know what REITs are, it stands for Real Estate Investment Trusts.
I am in no way a financial advisor or a financial planner and I’m not making any claims.
I am simply stating what I am experiencing.
The REITS I am invested in consist of commercial, residential, retirement homes, apartment complexes, vacation homes, shopping centers and storage lockers.
That is a pretty diversified portfolio in one industry of real estate.
The way I look at it, when times are good people will have vacation homes and go shopping, when times are bad they will rent storage lockers to keep their belongings.
So there you have it, I think real estate investment trust are a good investment.

What about spirituality? Do you have a relationship with a power greater than yourself? Do you feel spiritual? How was your spirit? Do you feel energized and inspired?
And then, how is your wellness and your physical mental and emotional body?
All five of these elements of career, finance, relationship, spirituality and wellness should be similar in ranking from 1 to 10. They should all be in harmony.

Searching for work at home sites is a waste of time in my opinion. These sites are way too saturated. A lot of unsubstantial fluff.
If you are looking for ways to work from home, you should be looking for ways to work from your phone. This allows for more flexibility and freedom.
Also, don’t go for a product or service that is already saturated and full of competitors and other marketers selling the same product or service.
What am I suggesting?
