What is the Best Weight Loss Program?

For years people have searched for the best weight loss program, only to learn that there are too many choices.

In my opinion, the battle for weight loss is a matter of discipline, moderation and self control.

But unless you have the self control and the discipline to take the actions necessary to succeed, of course you will fail. Therefore, before you even start to research a weight loss program, you need to make up your mind to DECIDE you are going to follow through with the program. Buying a method is not enough. You need to be sure you are committed to follow through with the steps from investing in the program, and then executing the tasks and exercises that are part of the program.

The topic of weight loss has been increasing in popularity over the years. Perhaps this is due to the fast food craze and our need it now mentality. Eating healthy and exercising really is not at all that hard to do. All you need to do is work on your mind set to not be gluttonous and eat in moderation and make healthy food choices, then of course be active and life an active lifestyle. Don’t take the elevator all the time. Use the stairs. Don’t look for a close parking spot all the time. Park farther away and get some walking in.

Being a Lyft Driver and Magician and Dog Walker and Entreprenuer can make for a fulfilling lifestyle.

When was the last time you got paid to drive around the city? I live here in Minneapolis Minnesota, and have for most of my life. I am currently 61 years old and I am still going strong like the Everready Bunny.

Granted, driving for Lyft does not make me the big bucks, but it is about the easiest thing I have ever done in my life.  You simply turn on the app, and wait for a ping pick up signal, and then go to the location and pick up your rider. Then you just drive them to their destination, and drop them off.

The money goes right directly into your bank account, and you can spend it on the things in life that make you happy.  I of course have many other occupations that our revenue streams for me. Four example my magical entertainment, my coaster Rica project, the synergy collaborative, MD synergy lifestyle academy.  Having multiple streams of income creates the financial security that most people desire. Many of my income streams are based on recurring monthly income to exceed my monthly bills and expenses.

I driving for Lyft and being a Lyft Driver, I can take my mind off other things, so it is like a therapy for me.  As soon as you take it too serious, it becomes a job and is no longer worth the money.

Today on the SynergyCafe Video Show, I had a video interview with, Jay Sooknanan, founder of Body Mind and Soul BMS.

His mission is to support each other in living a healthy lifestyle. Jay believes, being healthy allows us to live life to the fullest and enjoy everyday. We become more confident and decisive. The Body is aided through good nutrition and fun exercise, the Mind helps control our energy and stress levels. The soul is filled with joy when we are present, allowing us to enjoy time with family and friends. I enjoyed the video Interview with him.

Costa Rica Business Masterminds are becoming the Work Vacation for Entrepreneurs

Looking for a Costa Rica Business Mastermind?

As I learn more and more about Costa Rica, I am finding that there is a big attraction to the authentic Costa Rica experience.

Part of the reason I have chosen Costa Rica as a destination for our collaborative event center, is that it is more in my time zone of the United States.

Originally, my idea was to build in Bali Indonesia, however the flight to Indonesia is a long haul from my home town on Minneapolis, MN. So, since meeting my friend Nick and learning that he had 150 acres of land for development, I have chosen Costa Rica for this project.

As I learn more about Costa Rica I am finding other entrepreneurs that have settled there, such as Arne Rantzen, the founder of  Ultimate Breath and the Creative Question Cards.

Although, we will be hosting business events, our core value is a holistic approach and a collaborative mindset.  The old paradigm of business was to compete and conquer.  With the openness and transparency of the Internet, this old business model is no longer effective.

The new paradigm of business growth will come from synergistic cooperation and collaboration. This is more of a nurturing “feminine energy” approach. The reason I established the synergy collaborative was that my personal belief is that a rising tide lifts all boats,  and together we can accomplish more.

Where to go in Costa Rica to Experience Nature or Drunken Parties?

If you were asked, would you know where to go in Costa Rica for a Nature Experience?

You want to travel to Costa Rica, but not sure WHERE to go in Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is a desired option, but it depends on WHY you are going also. If you are looking for a “Spring Break” type experience with drunken parties and sexual advances from strangers, you might want to look else where. Sure you can find these places in Costa Rica, but that is not at all the type of activities that I am here to promote or support.

Our Synergy Collaborative project in Costa Rica is about time-freedom, leisure, life-long learning, investing, time leverage, money leverage and memorable experiences.

 

Having the TIME to travel is often a challenge for many people. The reason is how they have “designed” their lifestyle. Perhaps the took on a job that required them to work long hours, or maybe they started a business thinking they would have more time and then learned that the business takes too TIME too!

  2. Location Freedom
  3. Income Automation

Even “self-employed” people can become TIME-BROKE and never have the freedom to enjoy their life because they are kept so busy running their business, they can’t take time for themselves.
